Pacha

Locally, there is a GF and vegan restaurant called Trilogy. It is located in La Jolla, California. I have been eating there for years and a while back they started using a new GF bread.  Fast forward and it has grown. Welcome to  Pacha . Basically all the products are buckwheat and water. Certain styles have additional ingredients. Everything is vegan, 100% plant based, made in a dedicated GF facility, dairy free and soy free. They have a variety of GF Breads . They have  English Muffins   and  tortillas . I have found that toasting it 2-3 times gets the bread crispy. Let me know what you think.

Soom Tahini

I like tahini. But there is definitely a difference between good and bad and great tahini. Soom Tahini is the BEST! I add it to smoothies, use it in recipes for chicken and shrimp. It is a great addition to brownie recipes too. You can find  Soom Tahini  on Amazon If you want a really great treat try a Tahini Shake. You can find the recipe here:  Goldie's Tahini Shake Goldie's is a treat in Philadelphia where you can get GF fries, GF Bag of Balls (falafels) and their signature shake. The pita is a no go but everything else is GF, even the fryer and I have never had an issue. Try it and let me know what you think.

Coco & Jules Cookies

If you are in San Diego be sure to check out Coco & Jules Cookies on Adams Ave. in San Diego. They are a 100% GF bakery. You can find cookies, muffins, and gelato. They also offer some vegan options. I like the classic chocolate chip. They also have churro, mexican hot chocolate, sea salt chewy carmel, vegan smores, glazed maple donut and more. Enjoy!
