Gluten Free Pizza
If you followed my blog in the past you know that we were big homemade pizza fans. Basically, every Sunday night was pizza night. Homemade sauce, store-bought cheese and GF pizza dough made from scratch. Enter Caputo's GF Pizza Flour. I heard about this and was interested. It is made with wheat starch which technically does not contain the gluten antigen but I was skeptical and cautions and did a bunch of research.
